I’m doing this to keep myself accountable, and to hopefully inspire anyone else who wants to start their own journey to get fit and healthy. If we do this together, it will be more fun and we can inspire each other.
Banana Blueberry Smoothie
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 – 2 cups of almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop of protein powder
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Just put in the blender, and there you have it. Super delicious and nutritious!
